    Portugal Continental: As entregas demoram normalmente entre 2 a 5 dias \u00fateis ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Portes de Envio: O valor dos portes \u00e9 calculado de forma autom\u00e1tica no momento do checkout, antes de finalizares o pagamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Pe\u00e7as Customizadas<\/strong>
      Como algumas das nossas cal\u00e7as t\u00eam detalhes art\u00edsticos feitos \u00e0 m\u00e3o, o tempo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o pode demorar um bocadinho mais do que o vestu\u00e1rio normal. Se for o caso, avisamos-te logo por e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Devolu\u00e7\u00f5es e Trocas<\/strong>
      De acordo com a lei portuguesa, se n\u00e3o ficares satisfeito ou se o tamanho n\u00e3o servir, tens at\u00e9 14 dias seguidos (a contar do dia em que recebeste a encomenda) para pedir a troca ou a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      A pe\u00e7a n\u00e3o pode ter sido usada ou lavada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Deve manter a etiqueta original e n\u00e3o apresentar sinais de altera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Os custos de envio da devolu\u00e7\u00e3o ficam a cargo do cliente, exceto se a pe\u00e7a tiver algum defeito de fabrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
